Updated the resource pack to work in newer versions.

Released the project with the following sounds changed:

• click_stereo sounds have been changed to the copper bulb toggle sound
• ui.stonecutter.select_recipe now plays click_stereo

If you find any other UI sounds that still have the generic click sound, please let me know by leaving a comment on the project's Planet Minecraft Page.
