oωo velocity plugin

This proxy plugin fixes the oωo-lib handshake on Velocity by properly relaying the relevant packets to the client. If you somehow found this plugin and are not using Velocity, refer to the documentation in order to properly disable handshaking - this presents a different mitigation for this issue
