Removed

• No Chat Reports has been removed from the pack by default as it can be quite obtrusive and not every person will agree with what it does. You can always add the mod back if you want to!
  • The config files will stay built-in so that if you add NCR back it will still be pre-configured. I'll add No Chat Reports to the post-install section of the Additive wiki soon, since I know some people may want the mod
  • Cloth Config will stay just in-case any other mod uses it

Small patch to fix an issue with Fastload's config, and replaced No Telemetry with No Chat Reports. There are no other major changes.
