This update adds 51 new breastcollars to the game. Each type, Western, English, and Adventure has 13 new breast collar items with unique textures.... PLUS an additional new 'Cloth' variant of the English Breast Collar that is based off of the nylon synthetic tack!
This update also is the first half of the Recipes Update. This update includes 192 additional tack items that are classified as "Award" tack for servers to hand out. These items will not be craftable in upcoming the Recipe Update so they can be award items. This update also includes a rebranding of the tack items already present to be 'nicer' names such as Rose English Saddle, Dandelion Adventure Breast Collar, and Orchid Western Blanket.

Added Armored Pasture Blankets
Added the Rainbow Armored Pasture Blanket along with 12 more armored pasture blankets ready for retexturing. New armored blankets have the same stats and effects as the normal SWEM armored pasture blankets.

Updated the template textures so they look nicer in cases where players are given the ability to add their own textures that others wouldn't be able to see.
