ADDED:
- Paralysis effect, when applied you won't be able to move - will grant effect when blood rain happens
- The Boiled One will now try and move towards player slowly when he isn't attacking

- reduced Spawn delay default config value to 6000
- fixed bug when the player leaves the world, the spawn delay would reset.
- fixed bug where as soon as the player walked indoors the spawn delay would halt
ADDED:
- The Boiled One can now despawn while chasing player (despawn timer configurable).
- Added a Spawn Chance config option (default 4000.0) where the higher the number is the rarer he'll spawn after the delay timer.
- Added a configurable step height (default 2.0)
FIXES:

- The Boiled One would stop chasing player if they ran from him
