Version [1.20.1-0.9.17] Performance Update

General Changes

Added New Auto Performance System. Performance modes can range from the following: Potato -> Low -> Medium -> High. Various aspects of gameplay like sculk population limits, cursor speed, cursor population, max active nodes, etc are affected by this. If your tps is below a specific threshold for 10 seconds, performance mode will be downgraded. If you are above a tps threshold for 5 minutes, performance mode will upgrade.
Added Priorities to Block Infestation Tables and Block Infestation Table Entries. This will allow modders such to be able to more easily add their own block infestation entries.
Added Modding API to my mod. Right now its only for the block infestation system, but I will expand it further to allow for easier addon making.

Replaced enableAmountOfBeeHives() method with an async method to improve performance.
Removed majority of performance options in config.
