- added the decaying enchant which makes rotten greatswords apply decay for 4 seconds
- added the rotten icon which makes you have constant rot but makes you heal from getting rot (also makes you immune to decay) crafted with two putrid netherite ingots two netherite scraps and a rotten tumor
- made rotten weapons repairable with netherite scrap instead of putrid netherite ingots
- slightly nerfed the rotten greatsword
