- Minimum Hearts has been reworked to work with the new heart feature from last update
- If the option to gain hearts when a player doesn't have enough is on, it'll bypass the heart feature from last update and on minimum hearts too
- Spectator Mode is fixed when directly setting hitpoint difference to -20

- Made it so whenever a player doesn't have enough hearts to give, you just get the remainder. Before, they would just keep getting the amount expected even if player didn't have enough. EX: Player has 1 heart but killer is expecting 2 hearts, the player will lose all his hearts and the killer will only get 1 heart. Before, the killer would get 2 hearts still.
