Lime Cookie from Collectors Reap is now added to the forge cookies tag and counts toward the Bake Em All advancement

- [You Monster] Feed a cookie containing chocolate to a parrot.
- [Bake 'Em All] Obtain one of every craftable cookie tagged as "forge:cookies"
- Fixed some recipe conditions
- Removed the mod's common config as it was no longer in use
- Added all cookies from Cookielicious to item tag "forge:cookies" (including compat cookies as optional entries)
- Added vanilla cookie and chocolate cookie to item tag "forge:cookies/chocolate"
