Fix a couple of back-compatibility issues

• Add back red{set,probe,pulse}. Remove usage of analogue functions, as these don't exist on older versions.
• Remove turtle equip methods, as these are redundant.
• Add turtle.{getSelectedSlot, getFuelLimit}.
