Better With Time: HC Tweaks

This addon changes some features of BWT.

List of features

🌿Hemp plant changes:

• Now grows slower and requires shears in order to drop items on harvest.

🔨 Soul Forge changes:

• A new block called Dormant Soul Forge has been added and is naturally only found in nether fortresses.
• The soul forge recipe has been changed to require a Dormant Soulforge and a Nether Star.
