Bundle Backport-ish

• Backport Mouse Tweaks scrolling fix to 1.20.1 (ImUrX)

• Fix conflict with mouse tweaks where scrolling on bundle extracts items

• Add Russian translation by Disketaa
• Fix index error crash
• Fix bundle selection component id using minecraft namespace
  • This will reset the selection of all bundles in the world

• Fix empty colored bundles not accepting items

• Port to 1.21.1
• Change inserting to always insert at top of bundle instead of at selected index
