This is the initial release for forge. It contains all the same features of the fabric/quilt version
New features:
- Up/down climbing speed gradually increases over 3 seconds
- Prevents the "bump" you sometimes get when walking into a ladder shaft to climb down
- Bring back horizontal speed limit when crouching on a climbable in the air (makes ladder parkour not harder)
- Slightly increase climbing speed (from 0.2 to 0.25)
