fix weapon ids not being saved/loaded correctly
"All Tools Are Weapons" has been split up into Pickaxes, Shovels and Hoes and an option for Ranged Weapons has been added for any melee bow users out there.
It is also possible to set specific (enchantable) items to be weapons by their item ID, allowing e.g. for combat Fishing Rods.
Note that this will not change basic combat behavior but enchantments may apply, e.g. bows don't lose durability in melee combat but Sharpness would apply.
An additional Looting for Ranged Weapons option has been added as well, in case you don't want melee bows but still want your favorite Looting enchantment.
(Note: Looting only applies from your main hand, so you could always offhand your bow with a Looting weapon in your main hand as well.)
