I am proud to present version 1.0.0 of ANARCHY, in which it is a proper faction mod!
The NPCs now have a infamy system, and will not attack by default. If you attack them and kill them, word will spread about you and they will start attacking you on sight.
If you get them to 0 health, they instead go down and you have the option to spare them, raising relationships with them
Your combination of positive and negative relations with them determines if they are outright hostile to you
If you anger them when they are neutral to you, they will eventually forgive you provided that you dont kill more of them
The NPCs now spawn only very rarely on their own randomly on the overworld, and now utilize a system similar to pillager patrols, spawning in groups a decent ways from a player with a certain cooldown, once at least 10 days in a world has passed
Made another structure based on a repurposed abandoned Pillager outpost that is home to these NPCs
Fixed Mercenary's texture error (although it was funny that he had yellow eyes so that somewhat stayed)
