Small update just to add Spanish Translations!
Pretty much what the title of the changelog says lol; since I've added translations for "Español (MS)" to Vanilla+, I've done the same for Vanilla++. Don't forget, this pack ONLY WORKS WITH VANILLA+.
THREE New Structures, Music Discs, and a new Enchantment!
That's right, Vanilla++ is finally starting to get some more special features! Take a look at the changelog below for more details on the new stuff!
- Challenge Boxes: These are two new structures that use Trial Spawners and Vaults in their design! One is the Aqua Box, which generates in Deep Oceans, and one is the Sky Box, which generates in the skies above any biome where Trail Ruins generate. Each has unique loot; the Aqua Box's loot has many things related to water traversal, including Tridents, Nautilus Shells, Water Breathing Potions, etc. The Sky Box's loot includes enchantments for improving protection, some Mace enchantments, as well as some other things. Be sure to look for blocks that don't quite fit in the structure with this new update, you may end up finding some secret rooms!
- Monster Jail: This structure is found underground, and you can think of it as the companion piece to the Monster Rooms, better known as Dungeons. It uses the same building style, just with a single Trial Spawner, a couple vaults and chests, and maybe a secret in each one!
- New Enchantment: A brand-new enchantment: Core! This can be found in Sky Boxes as well as in Monster Jails very rarely. It can be applied to Chestplates and Elytras, and it adds to your max health! It has levels from I - IV, and with a Level IV it will add a whole new row! One drawback is that you cannot combine it with any sort of Protection enchantment. However, it may be worthwhile to include it, since your other 3 armor pieces can make up for it.
- New Music Discs: These are not songs that I made, but rather songs by C418! One is "Dog," which is on Minecraft: Volume Alpha but doesn't appear in the Vanilla game. It can be found in the secret area of Monster Jails. The other is "Wanderstop," from C418's new game by the same name. This disc is found in Sky Box chests. After a long wait, TWO NEW STRUCTURES!
Sorry about such a long wait, but I've updated Vanilla++ with two new structures to find! There's a couple other small changes as well, so let's get into it.
- Structures: Abandoned Campsites! Despite still having roaring campfires, these campsites have been abandoned for who knows how long. There are two types: Birch Campsites, which generate in Old Growth Birch Forests, and Snowy Campsites, which generate in Snowy Plains. Each campsite has a barrel containing random loot, usually being materials for food. However, you can very rarely find one of the custom Goat Horns from Vanilla+ inside it!
- Changes: Sadly, I've had to remove the Nether Star armor trim material. This is due to the recipe conflicting with the recipe for Nether Star Armor and Tools, which are now present in Vanilla+. However, I'm looking to add new trim materials in the future for those who download Vanilla++, so keep an eye out for more updates! On a different note, the Pale Monument and Tuff Monument now generate just a little better. I'll be honest with you all: they're still one block below the surface, but it now appears like they've just sunk into the earth after many years, so that's my excuse lol
An important thing to remember: YOU NEED TO HAVE NORMAL VANILLA+ FOR THIS EXPANSION TO WORK!! Download the version that matches this Vanilla++ version number!
Welcome to Vanilla++!
For now, this is a small addition to Vanilla+ that adds structures. I intend to add more in the future, but for now, there are 2 new structures in the pack. Remember, you must have Vanilla+ installed for Vanilla++ to work.
Pale Monument and Tuff Monument: Two monuments that each house a Locked Chest. It can only be opened using a Small Key found in a Stronghold. The Pale Monument spawns in Cherry Groves, and the Tuff Monument spawns in Old Growth Spruce Forests.
