Update 1.21 without trial chambers

• Pillagers now drop ominous bottles

• Updated to 1.20.5

• Included the necessary advancements, recipes, loot tables and tags.
• Doesn't rely on data pack ordering anymore

DONT enable the separate update_1_21 (feature) data pack!

Enables the Update 1.21 experimental features, but disables the trial chambers and breeze. This leaves the crafter, copper variant blocks and tuff variant blocks.
