PACP Base Pack 2.2_02

Made pack version compatible with 1.21.7. there was nothing to add from 1.21.7 - the disc and painting work fine. (can't fix how it sounds)
Added Legacy 1.12.2 Minecraft Logo - no longer using the pre-update version of the logo.
Tweaked Tinted Glass texture to have a slight green color, and added CTM support.
Fixed Horse Armor.
Fixed Nebulite Ore textures for Enderscape.
