Tre's Tack Shop - A SWEM Add On

Initial beta release

Adds the following items:

=== Pasture Blankets ===

New Rainbow blanket - texture WIP 12 new blankets for texture pack replacements

=== Awards ===

Added the SWEM awards (ribbons/trophies) as CIT items so they can be displayed as they intended for them to be displayed while maintaining name/nbt data.

Added a variant of the SWEM 3-tailed ribbon which is a ONE-tailed ribbon!

Each ribbon type has 6 variants and there are 3 trophy variants. All new template textures for each item

=== Spooky Additions! ===

A new pumpkin trophy in Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion variants has been added just in time for your fall shows!
