Kobolds

~Fixes:

• Fixed Tags
• Fixed item positions on Kobold Children.
• Fixed Kobold Enchanter and Children being unable to drink healing potions like the others can.
• Fixed healing potion cooldown for kobolds.

~Changes:

• Kobold Trade Loot Table has been adjusted.
• Kobold Armor is no longer in the loot table.
• Lapis and Redstone has been replaced with gold and iron ingots.

~New:

• Kobold has a new and improved Hurt By Target Goal.
• Kobold has their own Crossbow Attack Goal now.
• Kobold Enchanters will now drink Fire Resistance potions.
• Kobolds are immune to their own arrows.
