Explosion Breaks No Block

v0.2:

New Feature: You can now use the command "/gamerule ENID:xxx true" to prevent the corresponding explosion from destroying item entities.
Note: The respawn blocks refer to beds and respawn anchor!
(ENID: explosion no item damage)
新功能：使用指令/gamerule ENID:xxx true 可以让对应的爆炸不摧毁掉落物。
注意：重生方块（respawn blocks）指床和重生锚！
