全新的/info指令，可以选择任意生物实体，用于查看目标的盔甲和饰品栏的物品的详细信息，若玩家的权限等级大于2，还可以随意移动目标物品栏物品
已装备的技能不会再意外触发“已装备”的信息，导致刷屏

New Content:

Added a brand new GUI opening method, optimizing the operation of many skills, cards, and the /info command.
Skill: Insight, Straightforward Advice, Usurp, Dragon Gallant
Adjustments: Strategem, Benevolence, Balance, Discard, Steal now have new, more intuitive and convenient operation methods.
The new /info command allows you to select any living entity to view detailed information about the target's armor and trinket slot items. If the player's permission level is greater than 2, they can also freely move the target's inventory items.
Equipped skills will no longer trigger the "equipped" message accidentally, preventing message spam.
Other optimizations and bug fixes.
