Durability Overhaul

Durability overhaul reworks both the durability and enchantment system.
Items now dont disappear when they break but just become unusable and can be repaired only with a full amount of the material needed for repair, furthermore, mending now doubles durability and an anvil now only repairs, does not apply enchantments, but does so for no xp cost. So the enchanter exists and it will allow you to apply enchantments to weapons with books and other enchanted items, and the enchantment table now has a higher max level but for the same enchantment power.
