Chest Locker

Patch Notes:

• Added support for every item to be a key.
• Item Count can now be part of the key.

Example:

• You can lock a container with 16x cobblestone renamed to "Key 826423".
  
• This container can now only be opened when the player holds 16x cobblestone that is renamed to "Key 826423".
