Banner Flags v2 Update

This is a big update so I hope everyone using the datapack updates it!

⚡ Improved Performance as the datapack now uses item display entities instead of armor stands and only checks for broken flags once every 3 seconds instead of 20 times a second!

🏳️ Flag Improvements such as the other side being flipped correctly and a way to make the flag bigger have been added thanks to display entities! The flag is also thinner now and can be placed without requiring a pole block below.

🪲 Fixed 3 Dupe Exploits so now the pack is way safer to use on public servers!
